The Community Resource Connection Hub is a direct response to the challenges people face when they are newly unhoused or on the verge of losing housing. The Hub offers a welcoming, community-based space where people can find comprehensive support, guidance, and human connection when they need it most. It was designed in our first Collaboratory by a group of Lived Experts, service providers, and leaders from government and business.
