Johnna Flood, CEO & Co-Founder

Johnna Flood is a seasoned entrepreneur, community designer, and social impact leader with more than 20 years of experience guiding collaborative systems change. She has led cross-sector initiatives with nonprofits, government agencies, and community members, leveraging expertise in human-centered design, Collective Impact, and community-based participatory research. Johnna authored the first academic article on Collective Impact, has spoken nationally on its implementation. She co-designed Gma Village, an award-winning childcare model that strengthened economic opportunity for low-income families and grandmothers in Oakland, California. As Co-Founder and CEO of Elevated Denver, she draws on this depth of experience to unite lived experts and partners in creating equitable, systemic solutions to homelessness.
