Community Resource Connection Hub – WESTWOOD
The Community Resource Connection Hub is a pilot project offering free, one-on-one support to help neighbors find and connect with the resources they need. Located inside the Westwood Community Center (1000 S. Lowell Blvd), the Hub opens June 2nd and is staffed by compassionate staff who understand what you’re going through.
We’re here to listen and help you take the next steps—whether that’s staying in your home or regaining stability. Services are free and offered in English and Spanish.

• Tuesday / Martes: Closed / Cerrado

• Friday / Viernes: 9:00 AM – 1:00 PM
• Saturday / Sábado: 9:00 AM – 1:00 PM
